A LS Retail Case Study
GP Store, launched in Monaco in 2011 by the GP Group, offers fashion merchandise from elite automotive brands like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley and Aston Martin. As the brand expanded internationally, it needed a modern retail-management solution to centralize operations, improve visibility into sales and customers, and support inventory and financial control across multiple boutiques.
To meet this need the GP Group implemented LS Nav (based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV) with support from local partner AP&T Business Solutions. The system delivers fast data replication and consolidated business reporting, simplifies transaction processing and GL tracking, and provides flexible, fast rollout of new features—giving the company tighter inventory control and improved retail and financial management.
