Gieves & Hawkes, the 240‑year‑old Savile Row tailor with three royal warrants and over 220 stores worldwide, needed to modernize. A patchwork of legacy systems was expensive to maintain, hard to integrate and update, and left staff unsure whether the information they relied on was accurate—hindering inventory control, pricing and customer service across stores and warehouses.
Working with Microsoft partner K3, Gieves & Hawkes implemented Microsoft Dynamics with LS Retail plus Lanham warehousing modules, Microsoft CRM and a SQL BI cube to create one integrated system. The result is real‑time, single‑source information that improves pricing and promotion control, stock visibility and automatic reordering, enables targeted marketing, simplifies multi‑currency trade, and gives sales staff the tools to deliver faster, more confident service—especially for VIP customers.
