Fresh Market is a rapidly growing Lithuanian food and daily-goods retail chain that opened its first store in June 2013 and expanded to 18 stores and more than 400 employees by early 2014. Facing a hard deadline to launch multiple stores quickly, the company needed a reliable, flexible retail-management platform that combined POS and back-office data in one database and provided warehouse, loyalty and finance functionality.
Fresh Market implemented LS Nav integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, delivered by New Vision Baltija, using a standard prototype to accelerate configuration and rollout; POS terminals run offline with scheduled sync to a central database. The fast, unified solution shortened implementation from six months to weeks, enabled rapid store openings and expansion plans, improved reporting and stock control, and delivered quicker ROI through a stable, scalable retail platform.
