Forma Ideale, founded in 1995 in Kragujevac, Serbia, is a leading furniture manufacturer and retailer with over 1,100 employees and 29 stores. Because its business relies on custom-made orders and coordinated production, the company struggled with inadequate reservation and order-tracking, multiple disconnected software systems, poor gift voucher tracking, and decentralized discount management.

Forma Ideale implemented LS Nav (based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV) with Adacta as implementation partner, centralizing and automating processes across finance, production, logistics and 29 retail locations (using RTC local clients). Custom extensions automated reservations and transfer/production/purchase orders, resulting in streamlined operations, more accurate delivery dates, fewer warehouse queries, centralized discount and loyalty management, improved data quality and more effective marketing.
