Dubai Holding Group, founded in 2000, is a fast-growing retail organization representing major international fashion franchises across the Gulf. The Group struggled with disparate, hard-to-maintain systems that made data consolidation, backend integration and scaling into new verticals difficult, prompting the need for a comprehensive, flexible solution.

After evaluating options, Dubai Holding implemented LS Nav from LS Retail across more than 100 stores and ten brands, adapting the solution to varied categories (including furniture with online inventory checks and special orders). The rollout centralized store management, simplified configuration changes, improved coupon/voucher handling and delivered an affordable, adaptable platform that scales with the business, giving the Group greater operational control and future readiness.
