DGI-byen is a multifunctional leisure and conference complex in Copenhagen offering spas, restaurants, hotels, sports facilities and event spaces with a focus on promoting an active, balanced lifestyle. The organization faced a fragmented IT landscape of more than 20 disconnected systems that required heavy manual processing, produced redundant data and made it difficult to get a consolidated view of the business.

DGI-byen implemented LS Nav (LS Retail on Microsoft Dynamics NAV) with partner RelateIT, staying close to the standard solution so only minimal customization was needed and the project went live on schedule. The integrated system now runs 16 stationary POS and 5 mPOS, giving management a clear, scalable overview, streamlining processes, saving time and increasing productivity.
