Delmar & Attalla is one of Egypt’s largest pharmacy chains, operating 20 stores and 120 POS around Cairo and known for strong customer service. Rapid expansion exposed limits of their local retail system — it was unstable, couldn’t link branches, and couldn’t scale — so the chain sought a reliable, scalable retail solution to support growth and maintain service quality.

They selected LS Nav through partner Dynamics Link and implemented tailored customizations for pharmaceutical legislation, home delivery, health-insurance workflows, and call-center integration with a full “Big Bang” rollout.
