Crocodile International, a Singaporean fashion and lifestyle brand founded in 1947, faced growing pains from using disparate point-of-sale, inventory and financial systems. The lack of integration caused errors, long posting delays (20–30 minutes per transaction), data loss risks during outages, manual month-end reconciliations and heavy IT and accounts workloads, so management sought a scalable, integrated solution to improve efficiency and visibility across wholesale, retail and consignment channels.

The company implemented LS Nav (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) with local partner IBIZ in under three months, delivering seamless front- and back-end integration. The new system cut posting times to 2–3 minutes (a 10x performance increase), eliminated much manual work and overtime, enabled detailed inventory tracking by size/color/season, improved real-time reporting and cash-flow management, and provided a scalable platform to support global expansion.
