Contempo, a South African women's fashion brand operated by Alicewear with 55 stores and 125 POS, needed a comprehensive, mostly out-of-the-box retail system to give total visibility and control from POS to back office. The chain required a solution that was at least 90% fit to avoid heavy customization, so after evaluating options Contempo selected LS Nav on Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

During rollout they encountered replication issues and wished they’d allowed more testing time, but these were resolved and LS Nav now runs across all 55 stores, 125 POS and 25 head-office users. The integrated system delivers quicker, easy-to-use POS transactions, faster financial reporting and real-time store statistics, improving customer experience and enabling better, data-driven decisions.
