Community Health Solutions (CHS), part of Dubai’s Pharmatrade Group, operates 12 community pharmacies and an online drugstore across the UAE. Founded in 2004 to improve community health, CHS needed a single, streamlined management system to maintain high standards across its chain — handling stock, product expiry, warehousing, barcodes, pricing, POS and insurance processes.

CHS selected LS Nav (integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and worked with certified partner Think Tribe Technologies for a systematic rollout to the back office and all 12 pharmacies. The implementation delivered stronger inventory and batch/lot control, expiry protection at the POS, improved insurance and commission handling, and better promotion and performance management, enabling CHS to maintain tighter controls and higher-quality customer service.
