CNS Group is a Scandinavian textile company (est. 1997) selling brands like Solid, Desires, Peppercorn and Tailored & Originals through its own stores in Denmark and Norway and via wholesale across Europe. Facing a need for tighter stock control, historical tracking of each store’s inventory status, and more reliable financial data and bookkeeping speed, CNS sought a modern retail management system to give store managers and head office full visibility over the supply chain.
CNS implemented LS Nav (LS Retail) via RelateIT to manage POS, in‑store operations, inventory, staff and product data, with customizations to fit their retail workflows. The rollout included electronic warehouse communication, an iPad solution for sales staff to get daily NAV updates, and a B2B webshop integration for real‑time pricing and stock; the result was improved data quality, faster bookkeeping, better inventory control across stores, and significant time savings.
