Celio is a French menswear brand with 1,000 stores in 60 countries and a presence in India through 36 standalone stores and 128 shops‑in‑shop. In India the business ran multiple disconnected systems (billing, finance, order management) tied into an in‑house solution, which made sales and inventory tracking error‑prone, lengthened financial reconciliation and hindered store-to-store communication.
After a consultancy review Celio implemented LS Nav for its cost-effectiveness, seamless Microsoft Dynamics NAV integration and end‑to‑end coverage, with implementation and ongoing support from partner ITTI. Adding the replenishment module using an Average Usage model boosted inventory availability from about 60% to 80–85%, delivered a 20% improvement in stock availability, saved substantial replenishment time and helped increase in‑store sales.
