Canali, the Italian menswear house founded in 1934, is a global luxury brand with 1,700 employees, seven production sites and distribution in over 100 countries. In the U.S.—with 12 stores, a showroom and about 100 staff—the company needed to automate its POS and integrate retail, inventory and finance systems so sales teams could focus on customers rather than manual processes; headquarters chose Microsoft Dynamics AX for finance and LS Nav for retail.
ArcherPoint implemented LS Nav (on Dynamics NAV) with ChargeLogic for card processing, adding custom tax logic by line item, origin and shipping, and delivered onsite training; the system went live in March 2013 and was rolled out to new openings. The result was streamlined goods flow, reduced manual data entry, improved finance and sales tax handling, better customer insight and tighter integration between accounting and operations, boosting service and cost efficiency.
