A LS Retail Case Study
Café La Mode is a Cypriot restaurant chain within the Voici La Mode group and a local franchisee of Marks & Spencer and Celio. They struggled with a legacy, stand‑alone POS system that required manual, shop‑by‑shop updates, relied on Excel for stock and event tracking, and was not integrated with head‑office accounting—causing frequent setup errors, poor visibility of inventory and recipe costs, and slow planning and replenishment.
Working with PhoenixPro and implementation partner Intelligent Systems, Café La Mode deployed LS Nav Hospitality (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) with centralized POS, member and price management, replenishment, intercompany transactions and a shared loyalty scheme, plus VAT and delivery customizations. The new platform automated updates across sites, integrated operations with accounting, provided real‑time sales, profit and inventory visibility, simplified recipe costing and ordering, improved reservation and event cost management, and significantly reduced errors while raising customer satisfaction.
