BNS Group, owner of 141 stores (plus 84 affiliate outlets) operating brands such as MEXX, Calvin Klein and Pinko across Russia and neighboring countries, needed to replace a home-grown retail system that could not support managerial accounting, distributed databases, parallel RAS/IFRS reporting or rapid network growth. The company required a scalable, centrally managed solution to handle large volumes of management information, complex warehouse operations and faster rollout of new stores.
Impact-Soft implemented LS Retail on Microsoft Dynamics NAV with integrated warehouse, POS docking, budgeting and reporting functionality, data-collection terminals and automated sorting to streamline goods-in, distribution and pricing. The rollout delivered a replicable, scalable platform that cut manual reporting, enabled real-time budget analysis and IFRS investor reporting, reduced finance headcount, and accelerated new store openings while improving inventory, accounting and retail planning efficiency.
