BiboMart is Vietnam’s largest mom-and-baby retail chain, founded in 2006 and operating 50+ stores plus a profitable online shop and call centers. Rapid expansion exposed gaps in inventory visibility, disconnected retail and back-office systems, unreliable and manually produced reports, limited customer and promotion management, and a need for greater standardization and transparency to support further growth and attract investment.

BiboMart implemented LS Nav (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) with NaviWorld Vietnam, going live across all 50 stores overnight and providing store training and a live support center. The centralized, permissioned system delivered real-time inventory and performance visibility, centralized promotions and pricing replication to POS, and new special-order and delivery options—cutting manual work, lowering costs, improving customer service, and giving management reliable, timely insights.
