Bernabé, founded in 1951, is a distributor and retailer of industrial and construction materials, hardware and steel with more than 15 specialized stores across Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Congo, Gabon and Senegal. During a period of growth the company needed a consistent, flexible information system to centralize strategic decisions and enable rapid deployment of new customer services across its network.

Bernabé chose LS Nav (based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV) for its flexibility and strong back-office capabilities. Despite some POS customization challenges for Bernabé’s specialist business, the new system delivered faster service, better consolidation of store activities, reduced revenue shortfalls, more targeted offers and improved supplier and customer relationships—helping the business become more profitable through timely access to key indicators.
