Beirut Duty Free, opened in 2003 at Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport, is a high‑end travel retail operator focused on customer service, product choice and 24/7 accessibility. Rapid growth exposed limitations in its legacy technology and processes, causing inefficient management, delays, extra work and difficulty extracting and posting critical data.

To address this, PAC implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 with LS Nav, deployed by Megatek, providing integrated front‑office/back‑office/POS communication and a scalable retail platform. The new system delivered faster operations, streamlined access to information, reduced redundancy and costs, automated Shop & Collect, improved staff productivity and performance, and produced a stable, flexible platform that enhanced daily operations and customer service.
