Barbeque Nation, a fast‑growing fixed‑price buffet chain in India, needed a scalable way to manage operations across multiple kitchens and citywide outlets while handling extensive offers, table reservations and reliable data consolidation. Key challenges included tracking consumption and wastage by kitchen, linking reservations to POS, and replicating data from geographically dispersed restaurants to head office.

LS Nav Hospitality with Microsoft Dynamics NAV was implemented (1–2 POS per outlet) to deliver a single integrated solution featuring multiple‑location consumption accounting, replenishment, meal planning across kitchens, location‑wise purchase pricing, reservation‑to‑POS linkage and scheduled data distribution to HQ. The rollout produced quick, reliable reporting, solved consumption/wastage tracking, reduced hardware and training needs, and gave management a centralized view to support continued expansion.
