Bahrain Duty Free, founded in 1991 and managed by Aer Rianta International Middle East, operates multiple duty-free outlets at Bahrain International Airport and the Khalifa Bin Salman Port, employing over 450 people and generating more than $80M annually. Running 24/7 with high transaction volumes, shop‑and‑collect services and a large warehouse operation, the company needed a tightly integrated system to provide real‑time sales and inventory visibility across departments and support frequent promotions without disrupting operations.

They implemented LS Nav (built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV), rolled out carefully with extensive testing to avoid business downtime, and integrated POS, finance and warehousing.
