Avenir Telecom - Customer Case Study

Avenir Telecom Portugal, the Portuguese arm of pan‑European mobile retailer Avenir Telecom with around 80 stores, needed to replace its legacy systems and meet complex retail requirements—especially strict stock‑protection and automatic price‑agreement rules—across a large, distributed estate of 210 POS terminals. The goal was a fast, risk‑free rollout that would not interrupt customer service.

They implemented LS Nav (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) with Arquiconsult, deploying integrated accounting, financials, logistics, CRM and sales across about 300 daily users. The solution supported offline POS operation, real‑time replenishment, promotions and volume discounts, and allowed a same‑day, zero‑downtime go‑live within budget. As a result Avenir Telecom achieved higher productivity, smoother store operations and increased confidence in future growth.
