Auto Milovanovic is a regional leader in importing and selling original and replacement auto parts, operating 18 stores across Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Macedonia with two decades of experience. To address this, Auto Milovanovic implemented LS Nav with a car-parts add-on from Adacta, creating a single, always-updated database and full transaction tracking. The solution enabled bulk supplier catalog imports, flexible multi-store pricing, integrated online-store orders with personalized discounts, and inventory visibility and transfers between locations—resulting in accurate stock levels, faster order processing, improved reporting, optimized inventory and a significant increase in turnover.
