AUTO-EM, founded in 1992, supplies tools, equipment and paint products for service stations and has grown into a multi-store retail network carrying leading global brands. As the business expanded, AUTO-EM needed a centralized, reliable retail and ERP platform to streamline inventory, sales, production and accounting while integrating paint color matching and coping with unstable communications between stores and the central office.
Impact Soft implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV with LS Nav, localizing and extending the solution for AUTO-EM and integrating the Mixit Pro color-matching system and high-speed LS Data Director replication. The rollout included modules for sales, warehouse, purchasing, production and finance, delivering real-time store-to-office data, faster accounting, consistent color formulation across stores and improved operational decision-making — boosting competitiveness and enabling continued retail expansion.
