Arabian Food Supplies (AFS) is a large Saudi retail, catering and hospitality group operating over 95 outlets across Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the UAE, serving more than 12,000 meals daily and employing over 4,000 people. As the business grew, its legacy IT could not support multi‑location stock visibility, efficient reordering, inventory and fleet management or remote connectivity, creating logistical inefficiencies and inconsistent stock forecasting.

AFS implemented LS Nav with implementation partner Godrej Infotech to provide a single integrated system for financials, purchasing, sales, inventory, POS, restaurant and fleet management. The rollout delivered immediate streamlining and cost savings through vendor performance tracking, waste and warehouse management, centralized stock issuance, expiry-based transfer triggers and automated modules (PAR prediction, centralized menu distribution, food‑cost calculator).
