Ansar Group, a retail operator with a dozen shopping centers across Qatar, the UAE, Bahrain and the United States and a workforce of over 2,500, was held back by an outdated, unreliable POS system that caused service failures and limited its ability to innovate and expand. The company needed a powerful, scalable solution that could handle high sales volumes and support new functionalities across multiple markets.

The rapid, low-disruption migration deployed LS Nav across more than 240 POS in three regions, boosting performance, productivity and customer service while giving Ansar Group a scalable platform to support future growth.
