Annabelle (Rajan Trading LLC) is a Dubai‑based fashion retailer of ladies’ and children’s night- and loungewear with 21 stores across the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Rapid growth exposed weaknesses in its systems: rudimentary inventory software, an aging POS, and no integrated platform for financials, sales or marketing, making stock distribution and day‑to‑day operations hard to manage and constraining expansion.
Annabelle partnered with AP&T Business Solutions to implement LS Nav, mapping processes and deploying retail front‑end, financial and supply‑chain modules with extensive staff training and a fast rollout across all stores. The result was accurate, real‑time sales and inventory data, lower operating costs and fewer man‑hours, streamlined processes and scalable systems that support continued regional growth.
