The customer, a global healthcare provider, faced the challenge of consolidating four on-premise SAP finance instances into a single SAP S/4HANA platform while outsourcing their infrastructure. Their existing output management solution was outdated and its future uncertain, creating a risk for printing critical documents like invoices. LRS Output Management implemented its VPSX Enterprise solution to manage the new outsourced SAP environment.
