Terex Trucks, a manufacturer of dump trucks for mining and infrastructure, needed to transition its Quality Management System (QMS) to meet the new ISO 9001:2015 standard while also developing its Environmental Management System (EMS) for ISO 14001:2015. The challenge was to implement these revised standards efficiently without disrupting its commercial imperative of demonstrating a leading commitment to quality.
