Undertaking a Massive Change Management Challenge to Condense 250 Global Workflows

P&G faced the massive challenge of standardizing its global GPS business processes, which involved condensing 250 different workflows down to just 9. This required a huge shift in work processes and employee behavior due to new terminology, the retirement of legacy systems, and a new data platform. To manage this complex change, P&G sought the change management, UAT training, and global rollout training services of LPW Training Services.

LPW Training Services implemented a bottom-up/top-down change management and training plan. Their solution included detailed work process development through job shadowing, the creation of written work instructions, and eLearning modules. This multi-year, phased rollout provided P&G with more granular data, greater efficiencies, and global harmonization. The comprehensive training flattened the learning curve and was so successful that P&G engaged LPW for two further implementations in 2021. LPW trained 350 end users across 100 countries.
