The pharmaceutical company AbbVie needed to standardize its global business processes by simultaneously implementing two new major platforms, MedComms and PromoMats. This posed a significant challenge due to the introduction of different terminology and new work processes across the organization. AbbVie engaged LPW Training Services to develop a comprehensive, global learning plan to ensure a successful rollout for their team.
LPW Training Services built a strategic roadmap and training plan based on their five-phase instructional methodology: Discover, Develop, Deliver, Measure & Continue. The solution included a mix of in-person and virtual Instructor-Led Training, Quick Reference Cards, and eLearning. The implementation was a success, with AbbVie gaining efficiencies from the new systems. Their 153 end users across six countries were well-prepared and proficient by the end of the training.
