Creating a Comprehensive Digital Curriculum for New Veeva CRM Users

Novo Nordisk, a global pharmaceutical company, faced a challenge with an outdated and unusable Veeva CRM new hire training program for its Sales, Medical, and Educational teams. They needed a comprehensive, mixed-media digital curriculum to onboard new employees effectively but lacked the in-house resources to create it, so they approached LPW Training Services for a solution.

LPW Training Services implemented the solution by assembling two dedicated teams to create a custom digital curriculum, which included interactive learning guides, Quick Learns, and e-learns tailored to the different user groups. The project was delivered three weeks ahead of schedule, enabling Novo Nordisk to efficiently bring its new hires up to speed on the Veeva CRM platform.
