Tajinebanane, a breastfeeding and family lifestyle clothing brand, sought to move beyond a transactional loyalty program to better recognize and reward its community's overall engagement. Loyoly implemented a dynamic loyalty and referral strategy named the Breastfast Club. The solution integrated with the brand's tech stack and rewarded purchases with points, while engagement missions encouraged reviews and social follows. A multi-tier VIP system provided exclusive benefits. This program generated €258,200 in revenue and increased Lifetime Value by 117% within nine months. Loyoly also helped achieve a 176% increase in order volume from members and collected thousands of opt-ins and reviews.
