Grove Park Deli, a small deli specializing in fresh food and catering, faced the challenge of being located away from the high street, which resulted in slower footfall and difficulty acquiring new customers. Their goal was to nurture their VIP customers to reduce the need for constant new acquisitions and to grow their catering services. To address this, they implemented a digital loyalty program from the vendor Loyalzoo.
Loyalzoo's solution enabled Grove Park Deli to automatically send special catering offers to their VIP customers as an extra reward. This strategy successfully built a stable and predictable customer base. As a result, after four years with Loyalzoo, the deli has nearly 400 active frequent shoppers who purchase an average of two items per visit.
