Clarins USA approached LoyaltyMatch with the challenge of modernizing their Club Clarins loyalty rewards program. Their goals were to move the program online for easier points collection and redemption, capture customer data in real-time to improve service, and refine the overall process for their members.
Partnering with LoyaltyMatch, Clarins implemented a comprehensive Software-as-a-Solution platform that included an online member portal, SAP ERP integration for real-time fulfillment, and connections to their Adobe marketing and POS systems. Since the relaunch, the program has captured hundreds of thousands of submissions and distributed countless rewards. LoyaltyMatch enabled Clarins to continuously analyze customer purchase data, leading to a better understanding of their loyal customers and generating significant goodwill for the brand.
