100% PURE, a skincare brand, needed an omnichannel loyalty program that worked seamlessly across mobile, desktop and their 12 brick-and-mortar stores. Their Shopify Plus online store and 12 separate Shopify POS accounts meant customers couldn’t be identified across locations, preventing consistent earning and redemption of loyalty points and undermining the customer experience.

LoyaltyLion’s multi-link feature connected the separate POS accounts to create a single customer view and run one loyalty program across all 12 stores and the Shopify Plus site. Customers earn points for eight activities, store staff can locate any shopper account, and the program delivered strong results: a 4× reduction in loyal customer churn, 3× higher purchase frequency for members using rewards, and $244k additional revenue from referrals.
