OFRA Cosmetics, a globally recognized beauty brand with more than two decades in the market, faced intense competition in the fast-growing ecommerce cosmetics sector and needed to strengthen customer relationships to stop shoppers turning to rivals.
They launched a LoyaltyLion-powered, tiered loyalty program—rewarding 100 points for account creation, three tiers ("Beauty Status", "Bae Status", "OG Status") with escalating points-per-dollar and benefits, plus hyper-targeted Klaviyo emails and a two-sided referral scheme (1,000 points for referrers, $10 off for friends). The results: redeeming members repeat purchase 56% more than non-redeemers, members now generate 29% of revenue and spend 59% more on average, 21% of orders come from existing customers, the newsletter grew to 10k+ subscribers, and referrals drove 201k+ visits and roughly $183k in extra revenue.
