How June & January increased its repeat purchase rate by 47% using loyalty rewards

June & January, a fast-growing baby and toddler clothing brand, wanted to better reward its loyal community and drive more repeat purchases. To do that, it needed a tiered loyalty program with exclusive benefits, but its existing provider could only offer a basic pop-up experience, not a fully integrated loyalty journey. The brand turned to LoyaltyLion and its J&J Perks program to create a stronger customer experience.

Using LoyaltyLion’s Integrated Loyalty Page, API, and Shopify Scripts, June & January built an on-brand loyalty destination with custom tier rewards, exclusive discounts, and experiential perks. The results were strong: redeeming members had a 42% higher repeat purchase rate than non-redeeming members, members spent 52% more than guest visitors, and loyalty purchases accounted for 36% of total revenue.
