AC Lion is a digital executive search firm focused on digital media and emerging technology recruiting. After six years on Bullhorn, the team found its workflow inefficient and fragmented, with recruiters needing to juggle multiple sites and workarounds just to complete daily tasks. They needed a more centralized ATS/CRM that could better support their recruiting process.

Loxo provided AC Lion with its Talent Intelligence Platform, including easy customization, AI matching in Source, the Chrome Extension, and later Loxo Outreach. Loxo also built a custom integration with AC Lion’s Blitz commission-tracking software in about a month, removing manual data entry and improving transparency.
