Swindon Harriers, an athletics club with over 450 members, needed a better way to manage annual renewals, monthly and annual subscriptions, and the identification of late or missed payments. Before using LoveAdmin, the club relied on a paper-based membership system that was time-consuming and difficult for volunteers to manage.

In April 2021, Swindon Harriers implemented LoveAdmin’s sports club membership management software to automate administration and centralize member information. LoveAdmin reduced manual monitoring, gave the club visibility of unpaid members without checking receipts, and made it easier to email members and track individual details, helping to significantly cut the admin load ahead of the new membership year.
