A LottieFiles Case Study
OK Cashbag, a South Korean integrated rewards platform and open mileage program, faced the challenge of revitalizing its brand and adapting to a shifting digital commerce landscape. Seeking to move away from large, low-quality GIF files for animations, their UX team partnered with LottieFiles to implement a new character-based brand strategy and enhance user engagement with high-quality motion design.
LottieFiles provided its Lottie format, a vector-based animation solution that enabled the creation of a new character named Racky with smaller file sizes and limitless scalability. This solution was used for a major NFT project and a main screen revamp, improving the hand-off process to developers and increasing user immersion. The results were highly successful, leading to approximately 220,000 new customers for the NFT initiative and a significant 62% increase in daily visits to the platform post-revamp.
