The challenge was to find an efficient way to implement these animations from Adobe After Effects into their mobile app without causing technical issues or requiring extensive back-and-forth between designers and engineers.

The platform allowed Setel's designers to preview and diagnose animations quickly before sharing a simple .json file with developers, streamlining the entire process. Using LottieFiles' web preview, mobile app testing, and Figma plugin, the team successfully integrated custom and pre-made animations. This resulted in an enhanced app that stands out in its market, receives positive user feedback on usability and design, and effectively reduces user anxiety in processes like waiting for roadside assistance.
