Unicef improves UX and data quality, and reduces form abandonment with Loqate’s address verification

Unicef, the global children’s organisation operating in almost 200 countries, needed to reduce form abandonment and improve the quality of supporter address data on its donations and events pages. Since 2014 Unicef has used Loqate’s Address Verification to make address entry quicker and ensure the data captured is valid.

Loqate implemented an address verification solution with type-ahead auto-suggest across every form that requests an address, removing friction and making forms more user-friendly. As a result Unicef reports reduced risk of supporters dropping off, improved UX, higher conversion rates and more accurate address data that prevents database problems — all achieved through Loqate’s Address Verification.
