Paul Valentine, a fast-growing online retailer of watches, jewellery and leather goods founded in 2015, faced friction and delivery issues from manual address entry at checkout after finding Google’s address tool insufficient. Loqate’s type-ahead solution was easy to integrate and auto-completes and validates addresses from just a few characters, supporting validation in over 100 countries (and coverage for 245 countries). Using Loqate, Paul Valentine reduced address entry errors by 80%, significantly increased successful deliveries, eased manual customer-service intervention and sped up mobile checkout for their largely mobile customer base.
