Overhead Door Corporation, a leading garage door manufacturer with 100 years of innovation across five operating divisions and seven brands, needed to improve the quality and consistency of customer and supplier address data as part of its digital transformation. With data coming in from multiple channels and locations, the company faced issues like incomplete records, incorrect zip codes, duplicate profiles, and inconsistent formatting that made onboarding, transaction processing, and communications difficult. Loqate helped address these challenges with its Address Verification solution, used through Oracle’s Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) application.

Loqate implemented real-time address verification to standardize, validate, format, and enrich address data during onboarding and ongoing transactions.
