Hush, a leading UK womenswear retailer founded by Mandy Watkins, faced a rising share of mobile shoppers and needed to ensure a frictionless mobile checkout. Hush has been a Loqate customer for over thirteen years, using Loqate’s real-time Address Verification and more recently adopting Loqate’s new address geolocation feature to improve data quality and the mobile user experience.
Loqate implemented a one-tap geolocation address search that uses the shopper’s device to find nearby addresses (within ~50 metres), integrated smoothly with Hush’s checkout via Loqate’s support team. The result was a clear reduction in form friction, a higher-than-normal mobile conversion run rate, more accurate address data enabling first-time deliveries and more efficient logistics — benefits Hush expects to rely on through peak trading periods like Black Friday and Christmas.
