e3N, an internet agency helping retailers build and optimise online shops, faced costly time and shipping problems caused by incomplete and incorrect address data (notably for customer Werkzeugstore24.de). To solve this, e3N evaluated providers and selected Loqate’s address validation / Address Verification service to reduce errors, speed up entry and eliminate manual post‑processing.

e3N built a Magento module that integrates Loqate via REST API, adding Auto‑Complete, IP‑based regional suggestions and clear error messages at account and checkout. The Loqate solution made address entry much faster, improved dispatch workflows, eliminated the need for manual corrections and delivered measurable benefits: an increase in conversion rate and a decrease in sales abandonment at checkout, plus positive end‑customer feedback.
