Canyon Bicycles improve customer experience following implementation of address verification from Loqat

Canyon, the German bicycle manufacturer (Canyon Bicycles), faced a global eCommerce challenge: operating in 90 countries with more than 130 address formats meant customer-entered addresses were often inconsistent, leading to returns, frustrated shoppers and operational inefficiencies. With roughly 90% of sales coming from their Salesforce Commerce Cloud sites, Canyon sought a partner to improve checkout address capture and overall data quality — selecting Loqate’s Address Verification solution.

Loqate’s Address Verification was integrated into Canyon’s checkout and CRM workflows (the API worked smoothly with Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and Loqate also performed a full cleanse of Canyon’s customer database.
