SquadLocker - Customer Case Study

SquadLocker, a team-uniform platform with 150+ employees, wanted to become more customer-led and better align the company around customer needs. After Jeanne Hopkins joined as Chief Revenue Officer, she identified a gap in how customer feedback was being gathered, shared, and used across teams, especially as the company shifted toward a land-and-expand growth model. LoopVOC helped centralize feedback from NPS surveys, TrustPilot reviews, and Zendesk satisfaction surveys so the team could get a clearer view of customer priorities.

Using LoopVOC, SquadLocker launched its first Voice of Customer meetings and began using direct and indirect feedback to guide roadmap decisions and align sales, marketing, and product teams. The company used LoopVOC to identify the “top three” reasons customers choose or don’t choose SquadLocker, surface key issues like product delivery speed, and prioritize work that mattered most to customers. While no hard numeric results were shared, Jeanne reported stronger team alignment, clearer prioritization, and a more focused approach to growth.
