Ronan Daly Jermyn (RDJ) is a leading Irish law firm with over 260 employees across Cork, Dublin, Galway and London. The firm was frustrated by a traditional dial‑in conferencing solution that required PINs and access codes, leaving lawyers scrambling before calls; seeking an easier, professional‑services‑focused option, RDJ evaluated and selected LoopUp’s conferencing platform.

LoopUp was piloted and then rolled out firm‑wide, delivering one‑click meeting links, Outlook integration, a mobile app and built‑in screen sharing and recording.
