A LoopUp Case Study
Mainstream Renewable Power, a global renewable energy developer, needed to standardize and simplify its fragmented telecommunications ahead of expansion. With a mix of on‑prem PBX, SBCs, varied calling plans and ad‑hoc mobile usage across regions, the company wanted to become a pure cloud organisation and roll out Microsoft Teams Calling. Mainstream Renewable Power selected LoopUp to manage the global migration.
LoopUp audited Mainstream Renewable Power’s incumbent telephony, designed a bespoke Microsoft Teams Calling solution, and handled letters of authority, number porting, call configuration and queues, plus thorough testing. After granting LoopUp access to their Office 365 tenant, the project moved from commitment (Feb 22) to first users live (Apr 2) with a seamless implementation; the result was a single global communications platform, removal of legacy hardware and significant cost savings (notably eliminating expensive mobile minutes in markets like South Africa), delivering a flawless end‑to‑end Teams calling experience.
